- AOE/COE means "arising
out of employment, or during the "course of
employment" and requires investigators to gather
all of the factual information and statements as
they relate to an actual case.
- Sub Rosa: Is Latin
for "under the rose" where meetings were
held in secrecy Centuries ago. The term is now used
by insurance firms indicating surveillance. We
furnish both VHS and/or DVD film to our clients
as our final product.
We utilize state-of-the-art surveillance
equipment for acquiring both indoor and outdoor video.

Since 1987, we have successfully
investigated hundreds of Insurance cases. We offer
our clients with a professional concise reports, and
clear quality video. Our clients are updated on a
regular basis and completed reports are sent via the
Internet, hand delivered, and/or sent US Mail.
Our reports contain still color pictures inserted in the
actual report. These pictures are taken from the surveillance
video film, showing highlights. This allows the adjusters
or clients to visually follow through, while reviewing
the surveillance report. (See above)
A typical case starts with our own
preliminary investigation. We evaluate the information
given to us and determine if we need to conduct further
Investigation before proceeding. We then spot check
the residence for activities, and check for all driver
license, civil and criminal records. We also obtain
prior Workers Compensation records if a search was
not conducted. Once this preliminary investigation
is completed, we determine the best way to proceed
with the investigation. We obey to state law and have
strict guidelines regarding personal privacy.
